3 Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed once payment (or agreed advance) is received and verified
- Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless stated otherwise
- For custom project work, we typically require an advance payment before starting, with the balance due on completion
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations
4 Delivery of Digital Products

5 Support, AMC & Repair Jobs
Support tickets, AMC visits, and repair jobs are handled according to the scope and response times agreed at the time of purchase or contract signing. Turnaround times for repairs depend on parts availability and issue complexity, and will be communicated through your ticket or repair job status.

You agree not to:
